Start your morning in a calm setting with great coffee and Mediterranean breakfast options. Lunch is served throughout the day and made for slow sitting between swims or after a session at our spa, Haymah. As evening settles in, Souk becomes a warm place for romantic dinners and special moments. The menu is thoughtfully developed and nutritionally considered, with a strong selection of modern Mediterranean dishes, created in collaboration with a Michelin-star restaurant owner from Germany. Vegan and halal choices are available, with dietary needs accommodated on request.
